Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead 24/7 plant operations at South America’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing facility. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and lead the operations team **Hunt LNG Operating Company** operates **24/7**, so every shift is critical to maintaining performance, safety, and operational continuity. We are looking for a **Production Shift Supervisor** to lead operations during shifts at South America’s **first liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing plant**. **️** **What impact will you have on operations?** You will play a key role in ensuring production activities are executed safely and efficiently, keeping operations within established parameters. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Supervise operations during your shift**: lead operator activities, ensuring achievement of operational objectives and proper team performance. * **Ensure production and quality performance**: maintain production targets and optimize plant performance, guaranteeing product quality specifications are met. * **Coordinate safe operation of the plant and equipment**: ensure the plant operates within its designated operating range and coordinate responsibility transfer for equipment between Operations and Asset Integrity. * **Manage resolution of operational issues**: provide technical support during your shift to resolve operational deviations, promptly identifying and communicating reliability concerns to the relevant department and participating in maintaining operational standards. * **Develop and lead the Operations team**: supervise team performance, develop improvement plans, conduct performance evaluations, and promote adherence to QSHE standards. **What profile do we need?** * Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical or Petrochemical Engineering**. * Minimum **10 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas, petrochemical or LNG industry**, including **at least 3 years as an Operations Supervisor**. * Experience **supervising plant operations in industrial environments**, ideally in the petrochemical or mining industries. * Strong **leadership**, **teamwork and communication skills**, across all organizational levels. * Ability to **analyze and solve problems**. * **Intermediate English proficiency**, as you will interact with part of the team in this language. **What will your work environment be like?** * You will work in an **industrial plant operation**.
