Conduct water and mass balances, participate in tailings projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—demonstrating learning agility and adaptability to ensure efficient and safe solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply earthworks knowledge (Civil 3D) in mining project engineering. * Prepare documentation related to the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM). * Design hydraulic systems. * Perform water and mass balances. * Use earthworks-related software. * Participate in tailings projects. * Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Licensed Civil Engineers (registered with professional association). * Minimum of five years’ verifiable experience in similar roles. * Experience in mining projects. * Experience in producing discipline-specific deliverables related to Tailings (e.g., water balances, dam growth plans and simulations); development of GISTM-related documentation; design of tailings dams and storage facilities. * Knowledge of: tailings storage facility operations and associated engineering disciplines; hydraulic design, water balance, and mass balance; tailings transport and distribution. * Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and commitment. * Availability to work in hybrid mode: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
