Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing and Import Assistant with experience in import tracking and supplier coordination to support the logistics department. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support to the logistics and procurement department Purchasing and Import Assistant Main Responsibilities: * Tracking imports and international shipments (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT) * Coordination with foreign suppliers and customs agents. * Management and validation of import documentation. * Recording and monitoring of purchase orders. * Coordination of local purchases and delivery tracking. * Preparation of logistics reports and inventory control. * Recording of logistics costs and administrative support. * Coordination of transportation and tracking of customs clearance. * Operational support to the logistics and procurement department. Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields (APPLY ONLY IF QUALIFIED). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of imports and logistics is desirable. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and teamwork skills. * Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
