Location: Surquillo, Lima \- Peru Position Type: On-site / Field Work 1\. POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure the company's timely supply by executing in-person and virtual purchases, continuously sourcing suppliers in the field, and responsibly transporting goods, thereby actively contributing to the continuity of logistics operations. 2\. POSITION REQUIREMENTS 2\.1 Academic Background Applicants currently studying (evening or remote mode) or seeking their first work experience in logistics are welcome. Technical or university-level studies (ongoing or incomplete) in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. 2\.2 Experience Not mandatory / Minimum experience (0 to 3 months). Attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued. Prior jobs requiring dynamism, customer service, or field management (not necessarily office-based) are ideal. 2\.3 Knowledge and Critical Requirements Residence: Must reside EXCLUSIVELY in Surquillo or very nearby areas. Excel: Basic to Intermediate level (desirable for data entry; not mandatory if quick to learn). Driver’s License: Desirable (not mandatory). 2\.4 Skills and Attitudes (Most Important for This Profile) High energy and proactivity: Full willingness to be constantly on the move and perform tasks outdoors. Physical capability and responsibility: Commitment and care in moving and transporting light-to-medium-weight goods. Honesty and trustworthiness: Responsible handling of company cash or credit cards for purchases. Strong verbal communication: Ability to negotiate prices face-to-face with suppliers. Organization: Orderly management of payment receipts (invoices/receipts) and purchased items. 3\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field Purchases: Conduct in-person purchases at markets, shopping malls, or supplier locations, always optimizing costs and time. Pickup Route: Coordinate and execute in-person pickup of goods from assigned suppliers and transport them to offices/warehouses. Product Verification: Receive, inspect, and ensure purchased goods are complete and in perfect condition. Basic Stock Control: Assist with packaging, warehouse organization, and recording product inflows and outflows. Accountability: Maintain orderly records of payment receipts (invoices, receipts, vouchers) and account for daily purchase budgets. 4\.
