If you are a proactive professional eager to join a constantly growing team, we invite you to apply and contribute to the development of key industrial projects in the country. **Requirements:** Graduate in Civil Engineering (licensed and authorized). **Mandatory:** Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001\. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in Civil Construction projects. Experience in earthworks and civil works projects. Proficiency in MS Project, Lean Construction, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel. Willingness and availability to travel. Responsibilities Develop the Quality Plan for the project. Maintain control of quality records generated from the application of procedures within the Quality Management System. Verify correct coding of documentation applicable to the project: drawings, technical specifications, letters, requirements. Verify validity and compliance of field construction drawings and detail drawings; track on-site modifications for drawing updates. Request and follow up with the contractor on the preparation of quality protocol records; ensure contractor staff training and understanding of procedures, documentation, and activities related to quality standards and regulations. Jointly verify with the Contractor and Warehouse that materials and equipment comply with project requirements and specifications (visual inspection, delivery guide, drawings). Track Non-Conformities identified in the contractor’s work and report them to the Site Manager and Project Supervisor. Investigate root causes of Non-Conformities and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence. Monitor effective implementation of change requests, corrective/preventive action reports, complaint and claim reports, and non-conforming product reports until closure is declared. Develop and maintain a database of inspections, audits, and corrective/preventive actions, and analyze trends. Prepare audit and evaluation reports, including recommendations and corrective actions. Participate in audits and/or conduct audits, inspections, and evaluations of established procedures and their implementation by personnel. Verify that measurement equipment is calibrated and valid.
