Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Specialist to supervise and manage quality in construction projects, requiring experience in infrastructure works. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development with master's/doctoral degrees and advanced certifications. **QUALITY SPECIALIST** * Civil Engineer or Materials Engineer required. * Minimum **forty-eight (48)** months of effective experience required as a Specialist, Engineer, Supervisor, Head, Manager, Resident, Responsible Officer, Coordinator, or any combination thereof, in: quality control, quality assurance, or quality monitoring under quality programs or quality protocols; and/or execution and/or responsibility for and/or inspection and/or supervision of works within ***THE SPECIALTY AND SUBSPECIALTIES INDICATED IN THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT A*** for key personnel, specifically as ***QUALITY SPECIALIST ENGINEER***, calculated from the date of professional registration. (Experience older than **twenty-five years prior** to the bid submission date shall not be considered.) * ***Relevant experience must be in the following specialty and subspecialties:*** Construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, improvement, expansion, and/or rehabilitation of national, departmental, and provincial highways; bridges; viaducts; grade-separated interchanges; tunnels; and related works. (Related works are defined as those directly associated with the typologies corresponding to each subspecialty.) * Master’s degree and/or doctorate required. * ***Any of the following certifications—or equivalent certifications issued by such institutions—is required:*** Project Management Institute (PMI), Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE – NEC), Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Stanford University – VDC Certificate, BuildingSMART International, Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Autodesk, American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), IPMA International Project Management Association, in: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management for Results (PM4R), Project Management Professional (PMP), or any other certification related to project management, contract management, or project leadership. **Required Documentation for Key Personnel:** * Updated CV (documented): Attach proof of experience covering ***forty-eight (48) months*** (e.g., employment certificates, letters of appointment, contracts of agreement, resolutions, etc.). It is mandatory that these documents clearly state the position held and the start and end dates. * Copies of certifications issued by the required institutions. * Copy of professional degree certificate. * Copy of professional registration (CIP). * Copy of master’s or doctoral degree. ***Remuneration commensurate with professional experience*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.8,000.00 – S/.12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
