Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager. Decision-making authority over processes, leading operational and administrative teams. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, performance indicators (KPIs), cash handling, and budgeting. Proactive, responsible, and dynamic individual. Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday (one day off per week). **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the daily coordination of administrative and operational processes for assigned staff. Responsible for preparing staff schedules and managing leave requests. Ensuring proper functioning of all customer-facing areas, including restaurant, reception, dining services, and common areas. Training staff on customer service standards. Making decisions regarding processes. Negotiating with service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, catering) and managing procurement and logistics for required products.
