A positive work environment. Opportunity for professional growth. Base salary + bonuses **Requirements:** Professional degree in technical or university-level Administration. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager. Decision-making capability regarding processes while leading operational and administrative teams. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, KPI monitoring, cash handling, and budgeting. Proactive, responsible, and dynamic individual. Availability to work full-time rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday (one day off per week). **Responsibilities:** Responsible for daily coordination of administrative and operational processes for the assigned staff. Responsible for scheduling staff shifts and managing staff vacation time. Ensure proper functioning of all customer service areas, including restaurant, reception, dining, and common areas. Train staff on customer service standards. Make decisions regarding operational processes. Negotiate with service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, catering) and manage procurement and logistics of required products.
