Job Summary: SFC Turrones Calderón seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage sales goals, and coordinate product supply and inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises daily store operations and customer service. 2. Monitors commercial KPIs and coordinates product supply. 3. Leads teams, trains staff, and manages operational improvements. We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor: **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Commercial Management or Retail (Preferred). * Training in team leadership and customer service (Preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of assigned stores' operations. * Verification of proper customer service and assurance of an outstanding shopping experience. * Review of sales targets achievement per store, category, and employee. * Monitoring of commercial KPIs (average transaction value, conversion rate, hourly sales, add-on products, etc.). * Coordination of timely product supply with Production and Logistics departments. * Supervision of inventory control, shrinkage, expiration dates, and product rotation. * Validation of cash register reconciliations and proper cash management. * Ensuring compliance with store opening and closing procedures. * Supervision of proper product display and adherence to visual merchandising standards. * Training and coaching staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. * Identification of improvement opportunities in commercial and operational processes. * Handling customer incidents with timely resolution. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and continuous improvement.
