Monitor vehicle transit and verify on-time delivery fulfillment Join Our Operations Team! Our organization is looking for a **Route Programmer / Dispatcher** to join our Logistics team. We seek a dynamic, operationally focused professional with experience in managing outsourced transportation. **Job Objective** Ensure daily dispatch scheduling, efficient route assignment, and monitoring of outsourced transportation, guaranteeing delivery compliance and documentary control for plant entry. **Main Responsibilities** * Route Scheduling: Design and assign the daily dispatch and cargo distribution schedule according to operational requirements. * Freight Management and Quotations: Prepare quotations, coordinate freight rates with third-party logistics (3PL) transportation providers, and validate costs for supervisor approval. * Delivery Tracking and Control: Monitor vehicle transit and verify timely and accurate delivery of cargo to the end customer. * Gate/Plant Validation: Verify transporter and vehicle documentation (SOAT, SCTR, licenses) to authorize plant entry for loading and unloading operations. * Provider Coordination: Maintain smooth communication with the outsourced fleet to promptly resolve in-transit incidents. **Candidate Requirements** * Education: Graduate or Technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in roles involving route programming, dispatching, vehicle monitoring, or transportation management. * Technical Knowledge: * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (data entry and control reporting). * Knowledge of transportation documentation (waybills, SCTR, plant access passes). **Employment Conditions** * Work Mode: On-site. * Location: San Isidro * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 (remote) Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
