Work environment that values positive attitude and commitment **We invite you to join the Vital Institute family!** We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **SALES ADVISOR**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide information to our leads arriving from various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. * Deliver the best customer experience by addressing questions, inquiries of any kind, and sparking interest in our products. * Make calls to customers, follow up with prospects, close sales, and foster loyalty. * Perform continuous cross-selling by offering complementary products or other training programs. * Support sales-closing campaigns and meet daily established targets. * And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum secondary education and/or technical or university students (incomplete degree). * 3 months of experience in face-to-face sales campaigns and/or call center. * **Strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability**. * **Availability** to work **IN-PERSON in LINCE**. * **Positive attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and commitment**. * Ethical values and respectful treatment of customers. * **No criminal, police, or legal records** (mandatory disqualifier). * **Availability during the requested working hours (please read carefully)**. * Motivation to generate immediate income. * **WORKING HOURS** * **Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM** * **Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM** **WE OFFER** * **Attractive salary above market average: S/ 1,400**, including PERFORMANCE BONUS. * Attractive unlimited commissions exceeding S/.800 * **MYPE Payroll**: Formal payroll enrollment from day one (12 salaries per year, 15 days of annual vacation \+ mandatory social insurance). * Professional growth and continuous training: Develop your career in a continuous learning environment. * Discounts on products and free aesthetic treatments. * Rewards for achieving daily targets.
