By leveraging advanced technologies—including machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence—for fraud prevention, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025, achieving strong profitability that drives sustainable growth. **About the Role** The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for defining and implementing sales training and commercial support strategies to improve productivity rates for both our internal team and external promoter teams—all with the direct goal of impacting the sales funnel. ### **Responsibilities:** * **Develop and execute internal and B2B** ***sales enablement*** **strategies**, ensuring internal sales teams and external promoters have access to the most up-to-date product information and competitive intelligence. * **Deliver sales training and** ***coaching*** **to support the commercial team**, improving productivity and effectiveness metrics, directly impacting the sales funnel. * **Measure and report key metrics**, such as promoter productivity and satisfaction, to identify trends and areas for improvement. * **Collaborate closely with the Marketing team** to ensure training materials and messaging align with brand identity and corporate objectives. * **Work hand-in-hand with the Product team** to develop deep product expertise, enabling effective communication of innovations and resolution of any questions regarding PayJoy’s offerings. * **Align with A/B testing methodology**, reporting the effectiveness of *sales enablement* strategies to senior leadership. ### **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications**, or a related field. * **Minimum of 4+ years of experience** in *sales enablement* (sales training/commercial support) or revenue-performance-oriented roles—such as win rate, sales cycle time, or commercial productivity. * **Field training experience with commercial teams**, successful project management, familiarity with sales funnel concepts, and strong organizational skills. * **Highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.** * **Instructional design skills** (preferred). * **Ability to guide (*****coaching*****) and motivate** team members to succeed in their roles. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance for employee and immediate family members. * Reimbursement for phone, headphones, home office equipment, and wellness benefits. * 30 days of vacation. * $2,000 USD annual benefit for Co\-working travel. * $2,000 USD annual benefit for professional development. **PayJoy Principles** At PayJoy, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
