Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to prospect, acquire, and retain customers, identify opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms to meet sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and acquire new customers for the company 2. Maintain and develop the assigned customer portfolio 3. Negotiate commercial terms and achieve sales targets We are an industrial group dedicated to manufacturing fasteners and fixing elements. Currently, we are looking for **1 Sales Executive** with experience to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. * Courses in sales, customer service, or commercial areas (preferred). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Knowledge of invoicing, quotations, and sales orders. * Experience with ERP or CRM systems (preferred). * Must reside in areas near Huachipa (e.g., Santa Clara, Ate, Chaclacayo, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, El Agustino, etc.). **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire new customers through visits, calls, emails, and other commercial strategies. * Maintain and develop the assigned customer portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and customer needs. * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations according to technical and commercial requirements. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery terms, and volumes) within company guidelines. * Achieve established sales targets. * Represent the company before customers, conveying a professional and trustworthy image. * Continuously follow up on quotations until closure. * Coordinate with technical, production, logistics, and administrative departments to ensure proper order handling. * Verify accurate technical and commercial information in quotations. * Update customer databases, pricing, and negotiation status. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare commercial reports. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all social benefits under the MYPE regime. * Fixed salary plus sales commissions. * Bi-weekly payments. * Birthday leave. * SCTR and LIFE insurance. * Positive work environment. **Location:** * Bryson Hills Industrial Estate (Alt.
