Main Responsibilities * Direct and supervise the sales team. * Prepare and analyze commercial reports. * Monitor daily sales progress. * Coordinate promotions, bonuses, and inventory. * Supervise field sales activities. * Coordinate with billing, logistics, and distribution departments. * Train and support the sales force. * Ensure achievement of commercial objectives and internal policies. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams. * Proficiency in Excel and commercial reporting. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Availability for office and field work. * Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or distribution is preferred.
