Join the production team A textile sector company is currently seeking **Seamstresses / Garment Assemblers** to join its production team. **Work Location:** Barranco **Responsibilities:** * Operating straight-stitch machines (seaming, collar reinforcement) * Using overlock machines (side seam finishing, sleeve attachment) * Operating basting machines (sleeve and hem basting) * Cleaning and organizing own work area * Following supervisor's instructions **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Garment Construction, Fashion Design, or related fields * Minimum **6 months of experience as a garment assembler** * Experience in textile companies (export experience and knitted fabric production preferred) * Responsibility and commitment **Benefits:** * **Monthly salary up to S/ 1,265** * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits + Life Insurance * 60% meal allowance coverage * Family allowance (if applicable) * Weekly payments * Opportunity for growth and training * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,150\.00 \- S/.1,265\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
