Job Summary: Supervise and manage warehouse operations, optimizing resources while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in goods receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and optimize warehouse logistics operations. 2. Supervise the execution of operations and deadlines. 3. Participate in continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S. Supervise, control, and manage the normal operation of warehouse activities related to goods receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch, optimizing assigned resources and ensuring quality, safety, profitability of the company, and customer satisfaction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Plan and schedule physical and financial resources, materials, or other services required for operations in the following workday, according to each account. 2\. Manage and supervise new merchandise receipt operations for storage. 3\. Manage and optimize merchandise classification and storage processes. 4\. Supervise the proper execution of merchandise dispatch operations, meeting established deadlines and procedures. 5\. Administer the petty cash assigned to the area under the control and approval of the Operations Submanager for spare parts purchases, transportation expenses, client meetings, etc. 6\. Issue account reports and performance indicators. 7\. Participate in implemented methodologies such as 5S, good work practices, etc., aiming to achieve organizational continuous improvement objectives. Requirements * Minimum qualification: Graduate in one of the following fields: \- Industrial Administration, or \- Business Administration, or \- Industrial Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, performing duties as Operations Supervisor, Administrative Assistant, or IPEX Analyst * Minimum 1 year as Sector Manager or Account Manager in a Logistics Operator * Minimum 1 year in industrial plants * Desirable knowledge of: \- Customs Legislation \- 5S Methodology \- Resource Control and Optimization \- Inventory Control \- Integrated Logistics Management \- Foreign Trade * Full availability required, as this is a position of trust (working hours determined per operational needs) Benefits * Full payroll under the General Regime from day one (15 salaries per year) * Fixed salary: S/ 4,000 soles * Mobility Bonus: S/ 130 monthly * Additional benefit: 100% meal coverage provided on-site during working hours * Family allowance: S/ 113 (for employees with children under 18 years of age) * Biweekly payments (50% mid-month and 50% end-of-month \+ mobility bonus \+ family allowance)
