Job Summary: SFC Turrones Calderón seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, customer service, sales goals, inventory control, and staff training in bakery and pastry products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily store operations and customer service. 2. Monitor sales targets and commercial performance indicators. 3. Train staff and manage process improvements. We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor: **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Commercial Management or Retail (Desirable). * Training in team leadership and customer service (Desirable). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of assigned stores. * Ensure proper customer service and an outstanding shopping experience. * Verify achievement of sales targets per store, category, and employee. * Monitor compliance with commercial indicators (average transaction value, conversion rate, hourly sales, add-on products, etc.). * Coordinate timely product replenishment with Production and Logistics. * Supervise inventory control, shrinkage, expiration dates, and product rotation. * Validate cash register reconciliations and proper cash management. * Ensure adherence to store opening and closing procedures. * Supervise proper product display and compliance with visual merchandising standards. * Train and support staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. * Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial and operational processes. * Manage customer incidents, ensuring timely resolution. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and continuous improvement.
