On behalf of our client — a leading importer and distributor of fire protection systems — we are looking for a Supply Planning Manager. PROFILE · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. · Postgraduate studies or specialization in supply chain management, demand planning, or related areas are desirable. · 2–3 years of experience in supply planning roles, or equivalent positions; plus 4–5 years of general experience in logistics or supply chain areas. · Strong statistical knowledge is essential. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is desirable. Basic Power BI and intermediate MS Office skills. · SQL programming skills (desirable) for spreadsheet automation. · Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensure optimal inventory availability to support the company’s commercial plan execution. · Define differentiated safety stock levels for regional warehouses, ensuring availability without excess capital investment. · Coordinate supply flow to hubs and countries where the company operates. · Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S\&OP) process within the organization. · Evaluate stockout rate, fill rate, coverage, and optimal inventory across the entire network. · Synchronize purchase orders with the Procurement Department based on supply cycles. · Design contingency plans for import delays or stock fluctuations in markets where the company operates. · Prepare monthly inventory projection and performance reports for senior management. CONDITIONS · Standard employment regime. · Corporate-rate EPS (health insurance). · Fully on-site work, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., in Villa El Salvador. · Commuter bus and parking available. · Subsidized meals provided by the company at a specified percentage. · Profit-sharing.
