Responsibilities: * Participate in recruitment, from job postings to candidate pre-screening. * Publish strategic job advertisements across various employment platforms. * Support initial interviews and candidate screening. * Manage and organize personnel documentation. * Collaborate on onboarding, internal training, and development activities. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs for the department. **What Are We Looking For?** * Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and professional presence. * Organizational ability and teamwork orientation. * Availability for in-person internships, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week). * Ability to commute to the district of Surquillo. **What Do We Offer?** * Flexible schedules aligned with your academic timetable. * Skill development through training, onboarding, and personnel development programs. * Continuous support from the HR team. * Internship completion certificate and letter of recommendation. * Opportunity for career progression within the department. * Youthful, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Training internship with transportation support.
