Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Field Technical Manager to supervise geotechnical studies for an airport project, ensuring regulatory compliance and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the supervision of field and laboratory geotechnical studies. 2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and engineering best practices. 3. Supervise various geotechnical testing procedures. A leading multinational company in the fields of engineering projects, inspection, testing, and certification is seeking a new talent for the position of "FIELD TECHNICAL MANAGER" for an airport project in Chinchero, Cusco. Project: "SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR FIELD AND LABORATORY GEOTECHNICAL STUDIES FOR FOUNDATION AND PAVEMENT DESIGN". What are we looking for? * Civil Engineer, Geological Engineer, or related degree. * Valid professional license (Colegiatura). * Minimum 4 years of experience as Supervision Head in geotechnical design and/or execution, or 2 large-scale projects. * 10 years of experience leading teams, preferably in supervision of large-scale projects, mining projects, or others. Responsibility: Ensure compliance with current technical regulations regarding quality and engineering best practices as stipulated by the Client and applicable standards. Functions: * Supervise procedures for conducting Standard Penetration Test (SPT) in the field, including collection of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples. * Supervise procedures for conducting trial pits, including collection of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples. * Supervise procedures for installation and reading of piezometers. * Supervise the development of field vane test procedures. * Supervise procedures for conducting laboratory tests, including index tests and mechanical tests. * Comply with client requirements, Terms of Reference (TDR), and current contracts. Implement the Quality Management System guidelines and maintain the client's Quality Plan. Conditions: \- Base salary: PEN 8,000 \+ PEN 1,500 monthly bonus. \- Direct payroll with all statutory benefits. \- 14x7 work schedule. \- Company covers transportation, meals, and accommodation costs. \- Work location: Lima and Chinchero (Cusco).
