Job Summary: RIFF & RAFF is seeking a Textile Screen Printing Developer to ensure proper development of screens, guaranteeing quality and adherence to production schedules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for preparing and developing textile screen printing stencils. 2. Ensures design quality and proper use of materials. 3. Keeps the work area clean and organized. DEVELOPER – TEXTILE PRINTING DEPARTMENT **Company:** RIFF \& RAFF **Department:** Production – Textile Printing **Position:** Textile Screen Printing Developer **Immediate Supervisor:** Production Manager / Printing Manager **Work Mode:** On-site **Compensation:** S/ 380\.00 per week **JOB OBJECTIVE** To properly develop textile screen printing stencils, ensuring design quality, appropriate material usage, and compliance with production schedules established by RIFF \& RAFF. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop screens according to production orders. * Prepare, clean, and reclaim printing frames. * Apply emulsion and carry out the corresponding drying process. * Verify that developed designs meet quality standards. * Deliver ready-to-use screens to the printing department. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Support other related departmental functions. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Completed secondary education. **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months in screen development, textile printing, or similar roles. *(Preferred)* **Knowledge:** * Handling of screen printing stencils. * Development process. * Handling of printing materials. *(Preferred)* **COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Commitment Contact us and send your CV to: 981 303 838 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.350\.00 \- S/.380\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
