We are seeking talent proficient in Mandarin Chinese to join our team under a broad and flexible educational profile. **JOB OPENING: MANDARIN CHINESE TRANSLATOR** Position Purpose To ensure linguistic linkage and bidirectional communication fluency (Mandarin Chinese \ Spanish) at the branch, providing assistance in translation and interpretation activities (virtual and in-person), and performing general administrative support tasks as required by the General Management to guarantee the company’s operational continuity. Required Profile (Highly Flexible) We invite applications from candidates meeting **at least one** of the following criteria: \- Students in the final semesters of Mandarin Chinese language studies. \- Students, graduates, or bachelor’s degree holders in Translation, Languages, Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or other university or technical disciplines. \- Native Spanish speakers with fluent command of the language. \- Individuals without completed higher education but possessing demonstrable native or advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken, written, and reading). \- **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service, translation, or administrative assistance functions is desirable (but not mandatory). \- **Knowledge:** Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office: Word, Excel) and videoconferencing platforms. Main Responsibilities 1\. Bilingual interpretation: Conduct consecutive or simultaneous interpretation, either in person or virtually, at branch offices and project sites. 2\. Document translation: Translate written correspondence, reports, emails, and documents requested by General Management. 3\. Administrative Support: Perform general operational administrative support tasks, including drafting, filing, and managing bilingual documentation (whether related or unrelated to the translator position). 4\. Cultural Liaison: Serve as a communication and general assistance bridge for expatriate staff or delegations from headquarters.
