Training Analyst / Training Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Analyst/Manager to identify training needs, develop and implement training plans, manage logistics, and evaluate program effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a **Training Analyst / Training Manager**. **What will you do?** * Identify training needs across departments. * Develop required training materials and deliver trainings (soft skills, internal programs, business products, onboarding for new staff, etc.). * Implement the annual training and development plan. * Coordinate with external providers and internal trainers when required. * Manage logistics for trainings, development events, and workshops. * Manage the LMS (Learning Management System). * Evaluate training effectiveness (surveys and training impact assessment). * Maintain up-to-date training records per employee. * Develop learning indicators and report them to your direct supervisor. * Support job competency development programs. **What do you need to join our team?** * Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, logistics, and execution of training and development programs. * Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and curriculum design. * Experience managing and administering LMS (Learning Management Systems) such as Google Classroom, Moodle, Blackboard, Zoho Trainer Central, etc. * Knowledge of presentation techniques and group facilitation (desirable). * Ability to develop learning indicators and conduct impact evaluations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment registration from day one (general labor regime). * Statutory life insurance and EPS (voluntary). * Corporate benefits. *We value and promote diversity and equal opportunity, considering all candidates without distinction or discrimination based on gender, age, identity or sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, or disability.* Salary: S/.2\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
