We are seeking a Training and Development Assistant to implement and monitor training programs, manage related information, and support human talent processes.

On behalf of our client in the construction and mining project sector, we are looking for a **Training and Development Assistant** to join their operations in Lima.
**Requirements:**
* University graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Intermediate-level knowledge: Training and development program management, Instructional design, Training needs assessment, Competency-based management.
* One (1) year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant and/or Intern (recruitment, training, development, performance, climate and/or culture).
* Six (6) months of experience as an intern or assistant in talent management or administrative tasks.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct Training Needs Assessments by consolidating and monitoring training requirements from various organizational departments, ensuring accurate identification of training needs.
* Monitor the Annual Training Plan, coordinating registrations, scheduling, evaluations, recordkeeping, and delivery of internal and external courses, in accordance with the organization's established procedures.
* Administer and maintain up-to-date training and development area information, preparing reports, indicators, and databases related to training, performance, onboarding, and other departmental processes.
* Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of the performance evaluation process, coordinating with leaders and employees to ensure goal achievement, evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
* Coordinate and provide support in executing corporate onboarding programs for office and project staff, ensuring proper rollout, follow-up, and documentation of general and specific onboarding sessions.
* Manage necessary administrative and logistical coordination for implementing internal training and development programs, activities, and initiatives, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives.
