Job Summary: We are seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage customer relationships, coordinate operations, and ensure service compliance within a transportation and distribution company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer relationships and operational coordination. 2. Ensures compliance with the agreed service level. 3. Identifies improvement opportunities and develops the customer base. We are Empresa de transporte, a company with experience in nationwide cargo transportation and distribution. Currently, we are searching for top talent to join us as Transport Coordinator. REQUIREMENTS: Technical professional with a degree in Administration or related field. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Office tools. Preferably resides in: ATE\-HUAYCAN\-SANTA CLARA RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. Understand the customer's structure and processes for effective internal management. Coordinate with operational departments (warehouse, transportation, workshop, route) to meet customer requirements on time and as specified. Monitor and ensure compliance with the agreed service level. Create and develop a new customer base. Identify improvement opportunities. Maintain effective communication with the operational team. SKILLS: Effective communication (oral and written). Customer orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
