Salary: Starting from 1\.300,00 (PEN) per month Job Description: **PRODUCTION OPERATOR / HUACHIPA** We are a company with over 25 years in the market, dedicated to the importation, processing, and commercialization of premium meat products. Currently, we operate 2 production plants located in Huachipa. **What profile are we looking for?** \- Competencies: proactive, responsible, punctual, and team-oriented. \- Available to work in Huachipa. \- Minimum education: completed primary school. \- Ability to work comfortably in a refrigerated environment. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Bagging meat products. \* Cleaning products. \* Cleaning own work area. \* Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. \* Performing cleaning of assigned work area and facilities, complying with quality and food safety standards. \* Knowledge of slicing machines with weight control (preferred). \* Carrying out production scheduled by department head. \* Complying with regulations and procedures to ensure product safety and quality. \* Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), reading and familiarizing oneself with safety signage. \* Packaging, bagging, and other related tasks. **Our Benefits:** \- Full payroll registration \- General Regime 100% \- Family allowance \- 30 days of vacation per year worked. \- Mid-year and year-end bonuses \- Mandatory Life Insurance \- Complementary Risk Insurance (SCTR) \- ESSALUD health insurance \- Profit-sharing \- SSOMA training \- Overtime pay: 25% surcharge after 2 hours, 35% surcharge after 3 hours. \- Growth opportunities.
