Comprehensive management of warehouse and inventory operations. **.** **Requirements:** * \-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Ranked in the top third of their university class. * \-Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, logistics, internal audit, or inventory management. * \-Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or industrial warehouse companies. * \-Advanced Excel proficiency mandatory; Macros and SQL.\-Power BI knowledge preferred.\-Experience with ERP systems ODOO and/or SAP. * \-Knowledge of inventory management and control, turnover, valuation, and ABC analysis.\-Analytical ability, sound judgment, organizational skills, and assertive communication. **Responsibilities:** * \-Supervise incoming goods from imports and domestic purchases. * Supervise accurate recording and tracking of stock cards (kardex) and inventories in the Odoo ERP system. * Prepare operational reports and management indicators. * Develop and strengthen commercial alliances with strategic suppliers. * Optimize warehouse storage space usage to improve operational efficiency. * Manage and comprehensively supervise all warehouse operations. * Ensure compliance with established operational processes. * Coordinate movement of goods between warehouses according to operational requirements. * Supervise incoming goods from imports and domestic purchases. * Conduct ongoing inventory verifications and controls. * Guarantee order, control, and cleanliness of facilities. * Monitor and report key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs). * Immediately investigate and resolve reasons for customer invoice rejections, coordinating issuance of credit notes or debit notes as applicable within a maximum of 48 hours. * Lead execution of cyclic and physical inventory counts to ensure inventory level accuracy in the management system. * Define product locations based on turnover criteria (A\-B\-C) and volume, optimizing layout and material flow. * Plan and supervise order preparation (picking) and packaging activities, applying the most efficient methods to reduce cycle times. * Generate and validate 100% of invoices (electronic or physical) daily for products or services delivered the previous day, ensuring required supporting documents are attached. * Stock reports, stockouts, and high- and low-turnover products. * Control of imported/containers goods upon receipt. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime. * Career path. * Job stability and growth opportunity. * Work location: San Martin de Porres.
