On behalf of our client, a major distribution company, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant. **PROFILE** * Completed university or technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions involving warehouse and dispatch operations; experience coordinating with transporters or external agents is ideal. * Knowledge of warehouse management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level – intermediate). * Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level Power BI skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize and monitor product shipments from the warehouse, ensuring an efficient dispatch flow. * Supervise that shipped products remain in optimal condition during storage and dispatch. * Track established delivery deadlines to ensure timely compliance. * Verify that documentation associated with each shipment is complete and properly prepared. * Ensure accuracy of dispatched products, both in quantity and item reference. * Verify that dispatch procedures comply with storage regulations and best practices. * Define guidelines for merchandise organization and placement within the storage area. * Administer transportation services to achieve cost efficiency through proper volume and space planning. * Coordinate dispatch logistics considering geographical zones at local and national levels. * Manage product requests from users, ensuring appropriate distribution. * Validate that packaging used for shipments is suitable to protect product integrity. * Supervise periodic physical inventory counts. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **OFFERED** * Pleasant working environment. * Statutory benefits under the general payroll regime. * Profit-sharing. * Corporate-rate EPS coverage at 35%. * 100% in-person work mode, Monday to Friday, at the warehouse and/or office.
