Currently, we are seeking top talent to join us as a **Warehouse Assistant with transportation experience.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical professional, Bachelor’s degree, or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Experience in logistics and transportation (**applicants without such experience should not apply**). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Familiarity with SUNAT, MTC, and SAT platforms. * Residency in areas adjacent to Ate or Santa Anita. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Register and file transport waybills, quotations, and billing reports. * Coordinate with drivers and operational staff. * Maintain the fleet folder in order. * Monitor transport units in real time, verifying compliance with assigned routes, schedules, and stops. * Track daily operations to ensure punctual departure and arrival of units. * Record and report operational incidents, such as delays, route deviations, or accidents. * Coordinate communication with drivers and field personnel, providing support. * Assist in route planning and unit assignment to optimize time and resources. * Verify proper preparation and delivery of transport documentation, including waybills. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SKILLS:** * Effective communication (oral and written). * Problem-solving under pressure. * Organization and tracking of multiple tasks or projects. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Life insurance per law. * Excellent work environment. * Career path opportunities. * Continuous training. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Employment type: Full-time (on-site).
