Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for an HVAC maintenance and installation company, responsible for end-to-end warehouse management and order preparation. Key Highlights: 1. At SAVIA \- People and Organizations, we are looking for a: **HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** For our client, a leading company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial/industrial air conditioning and ventilation systems. **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** * Lima District (On-site). * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm \| Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Technical or incomplete university studies in Logistics, Systems, Warehousing, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, dispatch, or similar roles**. * Experience in receiving, picking, inventory management, and/or dispatch. * Prior experience in HVAC, industrial, commercial, or distribution companies is desirable. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, unload, and transport products, materials, and supplies. * Verify quantities, codes, condition, and documentation of received items. * Properly locate and store merchandise. * Perform picking and order preparation for dispatch. * Assist in loading and dispatching products. * Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts. * Report inventory discrepancies, damaged, missing, or surplus items. * Assist in identifying and segregating defective items, returns, or non-conforming products. * Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouse areas. * Record incoming, outgoing, and internal transfer movements of products according to established procedures. * Comply with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Support other operational warehouse-related activities assigned by the supervisor. **BENEFITS \& CONDITIONS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * HVAC industry development opportunity.
