Job stability and a positive work environment At **CARGA COMPARTIDA**, a company specializing in logistics and international transportation, we are currently looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to join our operations team. This position is **100% on-site**, and duties will be performed at our warehouse located in **Indupark Pucusana**. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, International Business, International Trade, or related fields. * Prior experience in warehouses, distribution, transportation, dispatch, or other logistics functions. * Proficiency in documentation related to goods dispatch and distribution. * Knowledge of or experience preparing waybills. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to coordinate staff and organize shipments. * Availability to work on-site at **Indupark Pucusana**. * Flexibility to work variable shifts according to operational needs. Main Responsibilities * Organize delivery routes and track deliveries related to maritime and air transport (Courier) operations. * Coordinate and supervise shipments together with the area supervisor. * Prepare waybills in the system for various delivery units. * Coordinate availability of stevedores and other resources required for cargo operations. * Track deliveries and promptly report the status of each shipment. * Provide operational support during transshipment, sorting, and dispatch of goods. * Participate in customs inspection, pre-clearance, loading, unloading, and transshipment operations at temporary depots (DT). * Record and monitor the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse. * Support other logistics-related activities assigned by the area supervisor. Employment Conditions * **Salary:** S/ 1,700 per month. * Work schedule: **48 hours per week / 192 hours per month**. * Shifts may vary according to operational requirements. * **100% on-site** work. * Location: **Indupark Pucusana**. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits after successfully completing the **3-month probationary period**.
