Pleasant work environment On behalf of our client — a market-leading company with 50 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical, office, and educational furniture — we are seeking the best candidate for the position of **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **Responsibilities** * **Timely request from the Purchasing Department the required quantities of raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and consumables necessary to fulfill production requirements.** * **Maintain minimum stock levels of raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and consumables in the warehouse.** * **Assign product codes for raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and consumables.** * **Receive, inspect, store, and safeguard raw materials, supplies, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods.** * **Verify that received raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and consumables comply with purchase order specifications, technical data sheets, and/or quality certificates provided by the supplier, both in quantity and specification.** * **Review and issue supplies or materials according to production orders, as requested by operational departments, with approval from the respective Department Head.** * **Keep valued inventory receipts up to date.** * **Receive finished goods from the Production Department and enter them into the “Finished Goods Stock” register.** * **Maintain the warehouse inventory database system up to date.** * **Properly store finished goods while they remain within facility premises.** * **Supervise and coordinate with the Warehouse Assistant and Finished Goods Packager regarding packaging prior to dispatch.** * **Coordinate with the Purchasing Officer regarding dispatch of finished goods.** * **Conduct periodic cyclic inventories.** * **Maintain traceability of customer-owned products.** * **Maintain traceability of consigned products.** * **Supervise and coordinate with the Purchasing Officer regarding dispatch or delivery of repaired furniture to the customer.** * **Schedule and supervise the annual Fixed Asset Inventory at the plant (machines, equipment, transport units, and computer equipment).** * **Notify the Maintenance Officer each time equipment or machinery is received, so its maintenance schedule can be updated and the equipment/machinery record opened.** * **Coordinate and supervise dispatch of finished goods to end customers per production orders.** * **Schedule and supervise quarterly company-wide inventories (raw materials, supplies, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods).** * **Control and execute completion of all forms relevant to this department.** * **Industrial Costing, preferably in metal-mechanical engineering.** * **Implementation of Production Costing Systems.** * **Control of raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods warehouses; process improvement; and ability to work collaboratively in teams.** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar duties as Warehouse Manager * Additional training in Warehouse and Logistics Management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — intermediate to advanced level * Experience managing performance indicators * Training in International Standards Management Systems: ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 45001, and ISO 13485:2003, or other standards implemented by the organization Benefits: Direct enrollment in SME payroll from day one Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM Salary: S/2,700.00 Work Location: Comas Pleasant work environment Opportunity for career growth !Join our team!
