Internal coordination to ensure dispatches according to schedule **Salary:** S/1800.00 - S/2000 (Based on interview) Job Description: We are a logistics and asset distribution company with over 10 years of experience, currently seeking a Distribution Operator for our warehouse in Huachipa. **Requirements:** * Completed technical or university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering/Administration or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of work experience in transportation operations. * Valid driver's license. (Desirable) * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Leadership, organizational, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Residence in districts near Huachipa. * 50% Administrative work - 50% Operational work **Responsibilities:** * **Maintain inventory control of warehouse assets:** Track deliveries and pickups for events served. * **Perform accurate dispatches:** Dispatch correctly according to loading orders required by the Operator. * **Ensure warehouse order and cleanliness:** Supervise distribution assistants to carry out maintenance or cleaning tasks in the warehouse area. * **Manage waybills and pickups:** Perform weekly work reconciliation to monitor warehouse inflows and outflows. * **Handle resource requests:** Manage requests for supplies/tools needed to perform maintenance tasks on warehouse assets. * **Internal coordination:** Liaise with the Planning team to ensure dispatches occur according to the established schedule. **Benefits:** **MYPE Regime** Payments: 50% biweekly / 50% monthly SCTR 50% bonus every 6 months 15 days of vacation per year CTS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
