Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics or engineering professional to manage, supervise, and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and efficiency in distribution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of warehouse and distribution processes. 2. Supervision of personnel and logistics operations. 3. Personnel management and leadership. **Requirements** * University graduate, Bachelor's degree, and/or Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields, with studies in warehouse management and dispatch. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to noon. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- University graduate, Bachelor's degree, and/or Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields, with studies in warehouse management and dispatch. \- Minimum three years of verifiable experience as Warehouse Manager in pharmacies or related industries. \- Knowledge of Good Storage Practices. \- Skills: Microsoft Excel, Cost Analysis, Communication and Persuasion, Management, Achievement Orientation, Administration, Logistics. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Manage requirements, tracking, coordination, and planning of processes including receiving, picking, routing, dispatch, and distribution. \- Control and reduce costs by promoting savings and productivity. \- Supervise personnel and all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, distribution, inventory, and returns. \- Ensure compliance with procedures, Good Storage Practices (GSP), and Good Distribution and Transportation Practices (GDP). \- Supervise and verify warehouse inventory counts. Responsible for the accuracy of system-reported stock versus physical stock. \- Guarantee order dispatch within scheduled timeframes and conditions, including routing. Optimize transportation by reducing cost, delivery lead times, and delivery routes. \- Personnel management and leadership.
