Order preparation and dispatch A leading company in the commercial sector is seeking a Warehouse Worker: **Responsibilities:** **1\.** Safeguard incoming and stored goods in the warehouse, ensuring proper handling, preservation, and physical location. **2\.** Operate authorized loading equipment—including forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, and other material handling equipment—for receiving, moving, stacking, and dispatching goods, in compliance with established safety regulations. **3\.** Perform physical receipt of goods, including unloading from transport units, verifying quantities and condition, and assisting in validation of related documentation. **4\.** Sort, label, and place machinery, spare parts, supplies, materials, and tools on shelves, racks, or assigned zones according to warehouse layout and rotation criteria. **5\.** Prepare orders and dispatch goods to internal and external customers, including moving, consolidating, packaging, and loading onto transport units using forklifts and auxiliary equipment. **6\.** Support timely delivery of machinery, spare parts, materials, supplies, and tools related to direct purchases, ensuring correct identification and handling. **7\.** Conduct selective physical inventories and cyclic counts, reporting discrepancies detected between physical stock and system records for reconciliation. **8\.** Handle and store products in accordance with the company’s safety, occupational health, and good warehousing practices. **9\.** Apply material classification and rotation criteria (FIFO, FEFO, or others defined), ensuring correct implementation in daily operations. **10\.** Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper placement of warehouse items, ensuring safe transit and operation conditions for loading equipment. **11\.** Carry out conservation, organization, and cleaning activities for the warehouse’s physical facilities, actively participating in the implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology. **Education and Training:** **1\.** Graduates or currently enrolled in technical or university programs in Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **2\.** Knowledge of SAP B1 (desirable). **3\.** Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables). **We Offer:** **1\.** Full-time formal employment (payroll registration) **2\.** Ongoing training and career development path.
