




An Accounting Assistant is required, with academic training and the following requirements: * Knowledge of accounting systems. * Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, proactive with planning and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Word and intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * Knowledge of Concar. * Availability for standard office hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily recording of invoices. * Maintaining records of deliverables requiring accountability. * Calculation of taxes (IGV, income tax, PLAME, AFP, etc.). * Preparing reports, tables, document filing, and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Archiving all documents delivered to the accounting department by various departments, among others. High capacity for learning and adaptation, provision of documentary support and/or general services, and other duties assigned by management and finance (properly documented materials).
