Research and innovation in AI and automation technologies. **Position:** Artificial Intelligence and Automation Developer **Department:** Technology **Reports to:** Chief Technology Officer **Location:** San Isidro, Lima – Peru **Employment Type:** Full-time **Purpose of the Position** Design, develop, and implement technology solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and data analytics to optimize operations, improve system efficiency, and deliver technological tools that add business value. **Roles and ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Development** * Design and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to solve business problems. * Develop solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems. * Conduct AI model experimentation and optimization. Automation and Software Development * Develop tools to automate technical or engineering processes. * Integrate platforms via APIs, scripting, and data pipelines. * Design applications to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks. Data Management * Perform data processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis. * Build data pipelines to feed AI models and analytical systems.
