At Inversiones El Pino, we are looking for talented individuals with the best attitude who wish to continue growing with us. **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **General Purpose of the Position:** * Review, validate, record, and approve accounts payable provisions. * Submit electronic accounting books and settle taxes. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant. * In-depth knowledge of tax withholdings (rates, service codes, and caps). * In-depth knowledge of electronic payment vouchers (formal and substantive requirements). * Knowledge of IGV (taxable, non-taxable, and prorated). * Solid accounting knowledge and application of IFRS and IFRIC. * Basic knowledge of tax legislation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. **Job Responsibilities:** * Enter payment voucher provisions into the system. * Review supporting tax documentation for each provision prior to approval. * Monitor pending deliveries and advances. * File electronic accounting books. * Issue electronic invoices. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * General payroll regime. * Bi-weekly payments. * Health insurance (EPS). * Food card.
