Opportunity for professional growth and development At Leasy, a fintech specialized in vehicle financing, we are looking for a **Junior Accounting Assistant** to join our Accounting team and contribute to the accurate recording and control of the company's accounting operations. **What will you do?** * Record and validate supplier payment vouchers in the accounting system. * Validate, calculate, and manage withholding taxes and deductions according to current SUNAT regulations. * Prepare and upload supplier payment schedules to banking platforms for subsequent approval. * Review, validate, and record petty cash reconciliations and pending disbursements. * Daily registration of issued invoices, receipts, and credit notes. * Support operational and administrative activities within the Accounting department. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the department head. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate or Technical/University Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * 6 months to 1 year of experience performing accounting support functions, voucher entry, or bulk data entry. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations, including SIRE, withholdings, and deductions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (Mandatory) * Prior experience using accounting ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar is desirable. * Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines. **Benefits:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Modality:** On-site – Miraflores. * Join a **growing fintech** in the vehicle financing sector. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
