Job Summary: We are seeking a Services Reports Assistant to write clear reports, organize information, and apply environmental management regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification of improvement opportunities \-A leading company in environmental sanitation is seeking 01 Services Reports Assistant who meets the following profile: \-Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Biology, or related fields \-Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), Integrated Management System, HACCP System, and national legislation relevant to the sector. \-Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office \-Minimum 6 months of experience in quality and production areas within food, service, or manufacturing industries. Main Responsibilities: \-Write clear, accurate, and structured reports, conveying results professionally and understandably. \-Organize, control, and update information generated by services, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. \-Monitor KPIs related to report compliance, delivery timelines, and documentation quality. \-Apply IPM regulations, good documentation practices, and applicable management systems for the sector. \-Identify opportunities for improvement in the report preparation process and propose effective solutions. \-Coordinate effectively with operational staff and the Operations Manager to ensure the quality of received information. \-Other duties inherent to the position.
