At **AQUAPROJECT**, an SME with over 10 years of experience in the water treatment sector, we aim to welcome an Industrial Engineering Assistant to our team. We seek a recent graduate (with up to 1 year of experience) who stands out for proactivity, organization, and, above all, excellent readiness for operational and fieldwork.

**\- Your responsibilities with us:**
Your role will serve as the bridge between the **office and the field (50/50\)**, learning technical and operational management from scratch:
**Commercial Management:** Tracking quotations and providing direct customer support.
**Field Activities:** Active participation in technical visits and maintenance services.
**Technical Documentation:** Preparing service reports and supporting tender processes.
**Logistics Coordination:** Direct liaison with the operations team.

**Education:** Graduate in Industrial Engineering
**Experience:** Prior experience in our industry is not required—we provide training! We value potential and attitude.
**Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PDF).
**Soft Skills:** Organization, impeccable technical writing, excellent communication, decision-making ability, and rapid learning capacity.
**\- Required Availability:**
**On-site mode:** Full-time on-site work in the district of Puente Piedra, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
**Travel:** Willingness to travel to provinces (20% of time per month) for client service. We cover 100% of travel expenses.
**Flexibility:** Immediate availability and willingness to work weekends or holidays occasionally (properly compensated).
