Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional with experience in implementing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems to document, advise on, and audit IMS for clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for various clients 2. Provide expert consulting and training on management systems 3. Conduct internal audits and propose continuous improvements Requirements: · Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field. · Diplomas and/or specialized courses in Integrated Management Systems. · At least 1\-2 years of experience implementing management systems based on ISO 9001\-14001\-45001 in consulting firms or other sectors. · Knowledge of and/or experience implementing Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. Responsibilities: · Prepare all required documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) for implementing Integrated Management Systems. · Advise clients on needs and/or issues arising during implementation projects to achieve project objectives. · Deliver awareness-raising talks and training sessions on management systems for assigned projects. · Coordinate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and project objectives. · Schedule consulting sessions according to project timelines. · Prepare consulting reports and statistics for service performance analysis. · Coordinate and supervise client personnel directly involved in IMS implementation projects to facilitate achievement of objectives. · Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System programs. · Plan and conduct internal audits. · Perform inspections and/or compliance audits of client processes. · Propose improvements to enhance client management system performance. · Support company-organized events promoting its services. · Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:15 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Payroll under MYPE regime (50% benefits) Salary: S/.2,000 to be negotiated Salary: Starting at S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your availability to start with us? * What is your salary expectation?
