REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or related fields; or completion of Industrial Safety and Risk Prevention studies. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems or ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. * Two (2) years as Coordinator or Manager of Management Systems or related positions, and one (1) year as SSOMA Assistant. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, coordinate, direct, and control Quality and Environmental Management System activities. * Ensure the integrity of the Quality and Environmental Management System is maintained when planning and implementing changes to the management system. * Keep the company's Management Systems documentation updated, distributed, and protected. * Manage nonconformities, complaints, and claims according to established procedures, and monitor implementation of Corrective and Improvement Actions. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits to ensure the Quality and Environmental Management System conforms to ISO 9001 and 14001\ requirements. * Manage customer-requested qualification processes. * Provide support to all company processes regarding improvement, documentation, and communication of Quality and Environmental Management Systems. * Manage Quality and Environmental Management Systems indicators. * Conduct induction sessions for new personnel on the Quality and Environmental Management System. * Prepare and distribute relevant reports and records for Management Systems within established deadlines to respective processes and levels. * Ensure dissemination and understanding of quality and environmental policies and objectives across all organizational levels. * Report to senior management on the performance of the Quality and Environmental Management System, including environmental performance and improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement the Environmental Management Program. * Develop and implement the Emergency Drill Program. * Maintain updated the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Identification Matrix, Operational Control Evaluation and Determination, and manage compliance with controls for all company activities. * Maintain updated the Legal and Other Requirements List and assess compliance with applicable requirements. * Conduct environmental inspections per established procedures. * Maintain updated the Risks and Opportunities Matrix and manage implementation of established activities. * Consolidate quantities of hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposed. * Maintain updated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) records. * Respond to and prepare necessary documents for Sunafil inspections. * Develop and monitor implementation of the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan and Program. * Perform general tasks adding value to the process. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
