**What will be your challenge?**

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Change Management within an integration process (M\&A), ensuring operational continuity and successful adoption of new processes, structures, systems, and culture. Act as a liaison among the IMO, business leaders, and key departments to minimize resistance, accelerate the learning curve, and ensure operational continuity.
**What will you do in this role?**

* Design the comprehensive Change Management strategy for integration, aligned with the IMO \+ SWAT master plan.
* Conduct organizational impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, change risk matrix, and mitigation plans.
* Coordinate/collaborate on key messages, integration narrative, communication tone, and spokespersons.
* Contribute to the cultural integration plan through leadership actions, rituals, symbols, and key behaviors.
* Prepare leaders and middle managers as change agents, and support and train IMO sponsors and functional leaders.
* Identify and escalate risks related to talent, productivity, and workplace climate.
* Design the training plan and onboarding sessions for new processes, tools, or structures.
* Monitor adoption levels and adjust strategies based on results.
* Define success metrics related to adoption, engagement, readiness, and human risk.
**What do we need from you?**

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Change Management.
* Certification in Change Management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) is preferred.
* Knowledge of M\&A integration models.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
