It is currently seeking to hire a **Collections Executive** who wishes to grow professionally within a stable company offering an excellent working climate. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contact clients via phone calls or emails to conduct **early-stage portfolio collections management**. * Accurately record collection activity information in the system. * Provide clear and accurate information regarding clients' debt status. * Generate **payment commitments** and follow up on the **assigned portfolio**. * Utilize technological tools and specialized software to facilitate collections management. *Important:* We do not perform mass collections. Our work is **preventive and targeted exclusively at businesses.** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in progress). * Minimum of **2 months** of experience in customer service, sales, or collections. * Strong communication skills, results orientation, and proactive attitude. * Desire to learn and develop professionally. * Availability to work **on-site** in **Magdalena del Mar (SOHO Building, Tomás Ramsey Street)**. * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Benefits:** * Initial contract of **6 months**, with possibility of renewal. * **Summer schedule (January to March)** for collections executives. * Team integration activities and monthly celebrations. * “**Afternoon for You**”: Half-day off on your birthday. * Free parking for cars, scooters, and bicycles. * **Gym, running track, sauna, and cafeterias** located in the building. * Modern, collaborative, and motivating work environment.
