REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Proven experience in the concrete industry (mandatory). * Knowledge of concrete technology, statistics, and mixture design. * Experience using and handling concrete admixtures. * Effective communication skills, both with internal teams and customers. * Experience leading personnel.
