Below are the details: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduated technical electrician. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and multifunctional maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond to assigned service requests. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, electromechanical, electro-pneumatic, and hydraulic systems across general machinery. * Carry out basic painting and plumbing tasks. * Provide support during maintenance emergencies occurring both inside and outside regular office hours. * Assist in supervising contractors (quality, materials used, safety, environmental compliance, and cleanliness). * Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment, and record results. * Apply quality, industrial/environmental safety standards. * Request spare parts and/or materials required for equipment intervention from the department head. * Inspect maintenance of water tanks and pumping equipment across campus and external units, including both potable water and fire-fighting systems. * Perform carpentry installation and maintenance tasks. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * All legally mandated benefits. * Continuous training. * Career path and professional development. * Corporate discounts and agreements as part of Intercorp.
