Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical or Electrotechnical Technician for pool maintenance, responsible for ensuring operational continuity and efficiency of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring operational continuity and site safety The **Christian Association of Young People of Peru (YMCA Peru)** is searching for top talent to fill the position of: **ELECTRICAL OR ELECTROTECHNICAL TECHNICIAN – POOL MAINTENANCE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician graduate in Electricity, Electrotechnology, Mechatronic Maintenance, or Maintenance Mechanics. * Preferred experience of more than 6 months in chemical treatment and sanitary operation of pools, as well as in operation and safety of steam boilers and pressure vessels. * Proactivity, service orientation, ability to respond immediately, and teamwork skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor, calibrate, and periodically record set points of the automated dosing system (Hayward controllers) to maintain stable chlorine and pH levels amid fluctuations in bather load. * Execute and ensure strict adherence to the scheduled activity plan for machine rooms. * Start up, purge, monitor, and perform daily preventive maintenance on primary and secondary machine room boilers to ensure continuous hot water supply to showers and changing rooms. * Inspect and perform minor preventive maintenance on electric pumps, constant-pressure systems, and three-phase motors in machine rooms; monitoring pressures, mechanical seals, and filter cleaning. * Diagnose and repair faults in the site’s general electrical infrastructure (distribution panels, power contactors, thermal relays, lighting fixtures, and outlets). * Perform other duties and instructions inherent to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor, aimed at ensuring operational continuity, safety, and efficiency of the site. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1,800.00 * Payroll enrollment from Day 1 under the General Regime (with all statutory benefits). * ESSALUD health insurance * Mobility and meal allowances starting from the 4th month. * Complimentary corporate benefits (e.g., gym access). * Work location: On-site employment * Pleasant working environment. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Saturday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. **WORK LOCATION:** Pueblo Libre Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
