Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise electrical maintenance of low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment. 2. Coordinate the team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and priorities. 3. Ensure maintenance of switchboards, transformers, generators, and systems. We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling the execution of maintenance, electrical repairs, installations, and modifications; ensuring adherence to schedules, technical specifications, and guidelines of the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System; and supervising that personnel under your supervision also comply with these guidelines. What You Will Do Supervise electrical maintenance activities for low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment, Supervise instrumentation maintenance activities for plant equipment. Coordinate official electricians, assistants, and technicians, assigning tasks according to planning and priorities. Review and verify compliance with electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, isometric drawings, and technical manuals. Lead, control, and supervise electrical and instrumentation support activities. Manage scheduled and unscheduled activities related to critical equipment components and parts across daily plant processes, ensuring quality and safety. Detailed understanding of maintenance resources (personnel and tools) for each assigned activity. Prepare technical reports on findings, assembly deviations, operational deviations, and corrective actions related to the Electrical and Instrumentation discipline. Ensure proper maintenance of electrical switchboards, power cells, transformers, generators, low- and medium-voltage frequency converters, wiring, and lighting systems. Ensure proper maintenance of instruments, actuators, valves, etc. Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and scheduled shutdown maintenance for electrical equipment. Control the quality of executed electrical and instrumentation work, complying with technical and safety standards. Manage requisition of required electrical/electronic materials, tools, and test equipment. Coordinate internal inspections or external inspections (clients, certifiers, audits). Prepare technical progress reports for scheduled tasks, detected failures, corrective measures, and material consumption. Promote and ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate in generating and processing information required for effective procurement management. Supervise the technical aspects of scheduled tasks. Monitor and improve scheduling execution, reducing timelines and achieving maximum resource savings against forecasts. Verify compliance with the quality system on-site, collaborating in defining the most appropriate control units. Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on-site. Identify potential risks in electrical installation processes and develop mitigation strategies. Detect and report possible project deviations. Prepare KPI formats and daily updates. Apply industrial/environmental quality and safety technical standards. Comply with service mobilization and demobilization according to company policies. If required and authorized by the Supervisor, perform supplementary vehicle driving duties for transporting materials and tools, provided you hold the certifications and approvals required by the mining unit. Fulfill all labor obligations as stipulated by applicable legislation and internal company regulations, including those related to occupational safety and health—both for the company and its clients (e.g., comply with the Management System requirements, SST Policy, RIT, RISST, Safety Standards, procedures, and control measures identified in IPERC, PETS, PETAR, and ATS; use PPEs, attend scheduled trainings, report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions, maintain order and cleanliness, halt any activity posing significant risk to personnel life/health or the environment; comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, as applicable; and others). Train personnel under your supervision on compliance with these obligations. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor consistent with your position. Who We Are Looking For **Education:** Industrial Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrotechnology, and/or Plant Technician. Must be licensed and certified for a minimum of 5 years. **Experience:** Minimum 8 years in electrical/instrumentation maintenance within mining companies or related industries, and 2 years participating in mining plant shutdowns (minimum 3 per year). Experience performing plant-based activities. Experience in process instrumentation and control work. Experience executing work on electric motors. Experience with electrical networks. **Desired Knowledge:** Low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. Interpretation of electrical drawings, P\&ID diagrams, control flow sheets, and connection regulations. National and international electrical regulations (NEC, RETIE, NFPA 70E, IEC, etc.). Maintenance of electric motors, transformers, control and distribution panels. Maintenance of low- and medium-voltage frequency converters. Strong knowledge of power electronics. Proficiency with electrical measurement instruments (multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters, etc.). Knowledge of applicable legal regulations concerning Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment.
