VFS is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and serves customers and Volvo Group dealers in over 50 markets. **Job Mission** --------------------- Formalize approved leasing operations in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, and deliver efficient, high-quality after-sales service to contribute to the growth of Volvo Financial Services Peru. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Enter information into the system, generate contracts, and coordinate signature collection. * Verify requirements approved by the Risk department. * Manage customer complaints and issue letters. * Issue purchase orders, validate invoices, and coordinate with Finance for disbursement. * Manage vehicle registration, tax and fine payments, rescheduling, and modifications. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. * General knowledge of the financial system. * Minimum 2 years of experience in banks or specialized companies related to financial operations. * Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power Platform. * Availability to work onsite (Mon-Fri) at our central office in Lurín.
